Lost, Scared and Confused

"uhm... nothing, I guess" shane replied in a Soft tone again, finally looking up at her.

"Oooh..." She sighed. "OK, this is really awkward, we need something to talk about." She laughd gently and randomly nudged him, hiding her wince as she touched her scrape. She scowled internally at herself and smiled at Shane.

"like?...." Shane asked, smiling very gently as he still looked at her.

"Oh...i don't know....How about....whats your favortie color?" She asked randomly and laughed gently.

"Green, yours?" Shane replied, his smile fading a bit as he looked ahead, then back at Carly.

"Aqua." She replied. "I like green too though." She said and looked around. "Ever heard of a game called confession?" She asked.

"no.. what is it?" Shane asked, biting his lip gently as his Stomach twisted, knowing the Game would somewhat be about telling the truth.

"Well, we each ask eachother random questions, and we have to answere them." She explained. Looking at him, she looked slightly confused but shrugged barely and looked around.

"okay... Ever had a Boyfriend?" Shane asked, raising an eyebrow.

She shook her head. "Nope." She smiled lighly. "You ever had a girlfriend?"

"I-.. Umm- yes.." Shane replied. "Ever kissed a guy?"

She again shook her head. "If you includ my counsin on the cheek then yes." She laughed. "Other than that, no." She thought a moment. "You ever kissed a girl?"

Shane laughed lightly, although it became a nervous laugh once he heard her ask the question. "uhmmm.....- OH LOOK, We're at the beach" He said, running forward a little bit and pulling her gently.

"I take that as a yes....?" She said under her breath and followed. "Yeah, i noticed..." She said softly.

"Uhm.. Not quite..-maybe a little.. uhm.." Shane said nervously, looking around the beach quickly, he looked back at her, then released her hand, pulling his arm back to his side.

"I don't care, probably everones kissed someone, beside sme." She said kinda feeling different now, odd maybe, it seemed odd a girl like her never being kissed.

"not everyone.." shane replied with a soft sigh, looking at the Sky for a few seconds, he shifted his gaze to the sand, then sat down with a Thud, sifting his fingers through it slowly.

"Anyway...." She nudged him. "Your turn." She laughed gently.

Shane stood up and wiped the sand off his pants, "Actually, I sorta left the fruit there. So I'm gonna go get it.. you can wait here, I won't be long.." he said before running back into the woods.

"Okay...." She bit her lip gently and sighed. A couple minuted later she looked up feeling a shadow come across her. "Hi." Said a vibrant happy voice. Carly smiled slightly. "Hi." She looked at the slim, tall, blue eyed girl with wavy blonde hair. "I'm so glad to finally find someone on this island." The girl looked worn out and tired. Carly stood up and brushed off her clothes. "I'm Kristen." She intordused. Carly smiled and nodded. "I'm Carly."

They talked for a while, blach blaaaah blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

"So, what have you been up to?" Carly asked her. "Nothing much, just trying to survive." Carly nodded. "Oooh." She began to wonder where Sane had gone.

Shane sighed as he looked around, his hands full of apples and oranges, he swatted a Bug out of his face and stepped out of the Forest, freezing in his tracks when he saw Kristen, a few apples fell from his arms as he stood there, wide-eyed.

"Hey Shane." They both replyed in unision, and then they both looked at eachother quizically. "How...do you know him?" Asked Kristen. She was Shanes girlfriend. Dunn dun duunnnn. "I met him yesterday on the island." Carly replyed. "How do you know him?" Kristen smiled lightly. "I'm his girlfriend." She said proudly.

Carly just stared at her, looking from Shane to Kristen. "Oh...." Carly replied feeling like she had been stabbed in the back, she angrilly, and frustratedly bit down on her lip, wincing slightly. Preventing tears from springing to her eyes she set her jaw. Looking directly at Shane, she said in a calm, voice. "He never told me about you." Anger, sadness, disappointment, and heartbreak shown in her eyes. Kristen shrugged. "I don't know why he wouldn't." Kristen smiled and walked over to Shane kissing him lightly on the lips. "Well, that sure answers my question, perfectly." Carly said stepping backand turnign on her heels, walking away form them, tears now slipping down her cheeks.

Shane stepped back as she kissed him and wiped off his mouth with his forearm. "Carly wait!" He called, giving a cold glare to Kristen as he shifted his gaze from Carly to her.

Carly paid no attention and continued to walk, but her pace slowed. She bit her lip and wipped her eyes.

Kristen stared at Shane in disbelief.

"What!?" Shane asked Kristen, the glare wiping off his face as he got a Miserable look on it, watching Carly again. "I can explain~ shes not really m-" he said, then looked at Kristen "I mean you are but.. I- ugh.." He said, looking at the ground, he tossed the fruit to the side.
